For Researchers

“Resilience World Adventure” was developed by members of the Chiba University Research Center for Child Mental Development Education, led by program developer Isana Kaichi and Professor Yoshiyuki Hirano.
Currently, we are preparing to implement the program in elementary schools in Pelotas, Brazil, with a research team from the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil, who are international collaborators.

I came to understand my own thoughts.

I enjoyed understanding my “thoughts” and “body reactions.”

I enjoyed the relaxation method. I was able to relax by actually doing it.
I found my body relaxing after doing the relaxation method.

At first, I was nervous about tests and gave up easily because they were difficult, but I learned strength not to give up.
Even if I didn’t understand something, I could tell myself to try harder the next time.

I learned how to calm myself down and I can now finish my basketball practice.

I enjoyed learning about my emotions.

I learned how to try to solve problems.

I no longer feel bad when I fail at practice and get scolded for it because of my resilient thinking.
